Toolmaker Giclee

Fine Art Giclee reproduction of my original hand painted illustration.Giclee prints offer you superior quality, full-color spectrum, high resolution artworks using premium materials and technology.

The search for food, as well as, materials for tools and clothing defined a way of life for the Indigenous peoples for thousands of years. Constant traveling was required to find edible plants, hunt caribou and locate fine-grained stone. This flintknapper shapes his spearhead by removing parallel flakes of stone from the sides. This skill was typical of tools made in many parts of North America between 8,000--13,000 years ago.
